20 Nov Contemporary Istanbul fair to start this weekend
Creating a new architectural project requires from an architect not only a high professionalism and orientation on the client’s needs and high level standards. Sometimes in order to create something really unique and exclusive it is necessary to let your imagination go.
A good source of inspiration helping to turn the most outrageous ideas into a contemporary design house project is the modern art and sculpture.
Contemporary Istanbul – is the premium and largest art fair in Turkey which will take place from 22-25 November 2012 at the Istanbul Convention and Exhibition Center (ICEC) and the Istanbul Congress Center.
The fair will offer a comprehensive range of Turkish and international art including painting, sculpture, video works, installation and limited editions from local and international galleries.
In honour of 400 years of diplomatic relations between Turkey and the Netherlands, Contemporary Istanbul is hosting a special selection of Dutch galleries and an important number of Dutch artists, gallerists and collectors.
According to the Chairman of the fair, Mr. Ali Gureli, the 7th edition of Contemporary Istanbul, contributing to Istanbul’s cultural and gravitational pull, helping it to become a hub for the arts and support contemporary artists from Turkey, will be the largest to date event.
